CUSTOM SEAWALLS

We have been installing seawalls in western Michigan since 2005. Engineering a seawall design which will ensure long-lasting shoreline protection and withstand the harsh ice forces of winter has taken years to perfect. Along the way, we have worked with sheet piling material of different structural capabilities and lengths, various backfill compositions ranging from sand to engineered concretes, and a variety of tieback anchors to provide the necessary tension forces. We have experienced lakebed compositions from the hardest clays to the softest silts and somewhere in between. We own the equipment necessary to drive your sheet piling deep down into whatever lakebed composition you have, ensuring maximum toe penetration and wall stability is achieved.
Don’t be fooled, no two seawalls are the same! There are a multitude of parameters which affect the final design of a seawall (lakebed composition, wall height, sheet pile length and section modulus, cap style, backfill type, and ice push severity), but you can trust in us to recognize these differences when we build your wall.
From the initial permitting of the job with the DEQ all the way to the final construction, you can rest assured knowing that you are working with the finest seawall construction company in the state of Michigan. Don’t settle when you can have the best!
Vinyl sheet piling is quickly becoming the most popular product to use for construction of bulkheads and seawalls.
Materials like wood and concrete have been widely used in the past, but the use of these traditional materials is becoming virtually obsolete. With the advent of vinyl sheet piling, homeowners with lake-front property can now rely on the newest manufacturing technology to receive the best product on the market today.
